The Three Vioras Hit the Road!! Part I: Casa de Fruta

Nothings says summer like a road trip...and that's just what we had in mind when we decided to head up north to visit our dear friends, The Fords.  We decided to break the trip up a little with a stop at Casa de Fruta just outside Hollister, CA...and we were so glad we did...it was so much FUN!
 We woke up to the sweetest family of peacocks right outside our door.  We had never seen peachicks before!!  They were so cute!


Now...what also made Casa de Fruta so special...was the fact that it has a train!!
 ...And a carousel!!
 The carousel was two stories...a first for the whole family!

 Next up...the train.  Our little train connoisseur was so excited!

 The train ride lasted about 15 minutes and took us on a tour of the property and farm...very pretty.


 A photo with the engineer rounded out the morning!  Next stop...Redwood City!

    Trains, trains, trains. Is there a train in all of California that hasn't had the pleasure of your visit? You must be in contention for the Miss Train Passenger of the Year award. We don't think anyone has ridden as much (especially under 2 years old) as you and they certainly can't be any cuter!!!! Choo, Choo! Ya! Ya! Ya!
